Love that pasta bake! I also love that you season so much. I watch some of these what's for dinner by other people and I'm like how can that be enough seasonings?! I can't stand blah, bland food. everything I make is heavily seasoned also!

funny you say 'tinfoil' too–that's what i call it a lot of the time but i was in the grocery store and asked an employee where's the tinfoil and she looked at me like i had two heads…eventually she said oh you mean aluminum foil? LOL I guess they used to make it out of tin rather than aluminim and that's what my mom always called it so that's what i call it even though it's not technically correct any more!

Everything looked so good! I'm definitely going to try that rotel chicken pasta this week. I think I'll make a bunch of the shredded chicken and do tacos and then the pasta.
My family really likes chicken thighs too. This week I did bbq baked chicken thighs and they loved them!

We are a chicken thigh family. So much more flavor. I do enjoy chicken breasts in some of my recipes. Honey mustard chicken will be on my menu in the upcoming weeks. Thank you for reminding me about sheet pan dinners. duhs self I usually do sheet pan meals with sausage too but enjoy skin on bone in chicken thighs on top of the potatoes and veggies. So much delicious flavors get soaked into the veg and potatoes.
Thank you for the great ideas. Fajitas in the crockpot…..genius! 😁
