Whoa everything looks so good! So good that I got right up and am making potato salad.. and for sure gonna make those biscuits with some fried (baked lol) chicken and the creamy pasta sometime this week
I love lots of eggs in my potato salad as well. I grew up on miracle whip as well but now I canโt stand it. Onions in and olives in it as well.

I live for eggs in potato salad. I put some mustard and relish in mine to. I do put some onion and sometimes celery but just a little. It can over take flavor wise.

Looked yummy! The pot. Salad was not my style. I like small cubes of egg & mayo. I add mustard & onions!! All my family & coworkers love my pot. Salad! The ex bro-in -law begged to pot. Salad vs mashed pits. For Thanksgiving! The operative word…. Ex!! No more maying him his request… he can go w/o. He was cheating in Sis! Sooo… I still go small in the egg to distribute it thru the whole salad better. No issues.. thereโs plenty for all & different strokes for different folks! .. I made a Sheppards Pie that my friends 5 yo son told me it was soo good could I plz give his Mom the recipe do she can make it like me… for him!! I was kinda embarrassed…. but I said Iโd share my recipe.. and h

Oooh everything looks delicious! I loved your Costco haul. Judging by your prices I think your Costco is a little more expensive than Ontario. We have that Christmas tree and love it. It'll be our 3rd or 4th year with it and it still looks great. Can I ask you where you got your big container of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning? Was that from Costco? I can't seem to find it anywhere and always end up buying the little envelopes. Thank you,
I use my โ stomperโ to break up whole tomatoes in the can too.

We absolutely LOVED the Olive Garden pasta. I bought the Olive Garden dressing, lots of people said it was high in sodium. So I did half the Olive Garden dressing, and half better than bouillon chicken .. amazing!!!! Hot dogs and potato salad!! Iโm putting that on my meal plan this week! Such a good idea. I have a tfal cook for me pressure cooker and Iโm not a huge fan of it at all. Iโm debating on buying the ninja foodie. Christmas present for myself ๐

I love big chunks of potatoโs and eggs in my potato salad too. Typically I use Mayo, but donโt mind Miracle Whip! I do always add a bit of mustard too, but definitely no onions ๐
