    I do my best thinking in the shower as well but unfortunately my problem is if I don’t write it down then I forget about it!! I need to get an Alexa so she can make note of it for me!!!     Jess, you don't need to apologize. We all are feeling the effects of what is happening with the coronavirus epidemic. And it's hard to Keto because like you said, most stores ran out of items that's so vital for our lifestyle. But, the people in the grocery stores are working hard to restock on everything we need, without going overboard hoarding. Not only that, trying to get back on track is really stressful. Some people restarted to focus on getting the weight off. Others quit altogether. Thinking on the positive side helps clear negative energy that can make a good thing that you do, turn into a bad thing that can affect your focus. But all of that positive outlook got you where you are now. I'm so proud of your success from where you became morbidly obese, to a beautiful new Jess who is now stunning and happy. Great job!

    Anyway, now the person who will be collaborating with you. My guess: WatchAutumnketo. And congrats to the winners in your contest. Thanks for sharing your videos and your heart to the Keto community. I need the support to help me get to onederland so I can be happy with my new body. I really can't do it alone. I would not have made it to 70 if I listened to every rock thrower. I did what I did best and it has led to a most rewarding life. I met you on my final self fulfilling journey of KETO. I have been a young working mother, a wife and juggling all those roles. I did not find a way to control my weight until last July. I have lost 72 lb. Still not in "onederland " but close. I have been doing some research and I would love your information on what I call "the bounce" and the "woosh". Women seam to lose weight by (for no apparent reason) bouncing up and down. I'll have a great day and weigh in and find I gained 3 lbs. It is so discouraging. I know that if I AM PATIENT I will then have the "WOOSH" — all of a sudden drop some weight. My logical mind says "You know what will happen so chill" but my spaz-I'm-on-a-diet chick just gets discouraged. Do you lose like this? Dr. Berry has mentioned it, but I would love your slant.
