    Good food choices. Better to cook cream of rice on the stove, imo. Also, you can flatten chicken breast with your fingers by spreading apart the meat fibers, but probably not with long nails, ha, ha.

    Good stuff! Two of mine are similar. Both easy to prep and digest. Current preworkout- 1 scoop Gaspari Proven Egg Salted Caramel, 1 cup Birthday Cake Pebbles cereal, 1 cup rice crispy cereal, 5 cashews, 2/3 cup Almond milk. The other- 1 scoop Gaspari Proven Egg Salted Caramel, 1 serving cream of rice, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 tsp pink salt, topped with 1 cup Birthday Cake Pebbles.

    I feel like eating carbs and then training within the hour is a bad move as you will spike your insulin and then experience the lull potentially mid-workout. Better 2 hours before when it's fully digested.
