Ramen is often thought as a dish that is bland and lacking in nutrition. Robb Seltzer from the Rosen College of Hospitality and Management is here to provide …
It was a lot healthier until he put that flavor packet in. That's where all the nasty chemicals are.
I'm surprised you are talking about the ramen being a healthier version and yet you still add the seasoning pack that comes with it. That is where the extremely high sodium component begins. The start of you making it unhealthy. You lost me there.
RAMEN IS NOT HEALTHY !! GTFOH
Amazon and Walmart sell sodium-free beef and chicken bouillon. The chicken is delicious. I use it instead of the seasoning packet, and add garlic, ginger, and onion powder.
Were the 10,000 little plastic containers necessary?
I think the biggest problem is that the kids now Don’t like all that stuff. They just want noodles and flavor water.
Damn this looks good gotta try it out sometime. I was always wondering what to mix into the ramen and not having it so plain looking. XD
If you can afford all of these ingredients then you don't need the ramen. Just make a veggie stir fry.
This video is useless to me.
Thank you ! 👌🏽
Oh, and did you seriously use canned vegetables as a chef? Really? I mean it still looks good, but I bet Ramsay would be butthurt lol
Ramen made be awful, but it taste so good.
Canned vegetables, salt, soy and the flavor packet! Please schedule a visit to your cardiologist next.
Definitely not healthy.😅

Left over ramen I don't know her :-/
BRUH
He already cooked the ramen. With the egg cooking for 3 min he’s overcooking the noodles
Wow it looks so good
its not really healthier when adding that packet full of sodium on top of the canned veg sodium. Id probaby use half packet and frozen veg if i was on a budget
Its because they spend all their money on $9 coffees and $11 craft beers vs buying chicken, brown rice, dried beans, and fresh milk. Cooking healthy can be easy and cheap… but its not for the lazy.
You don't even talk about how much sodium (salt) is in ramen…..
So just so u know the main thing that makes ramen unhealthy is the flavor paket
My left ear enjoyed this
Me watching this starving while on a diet. 👁 👄 👁
You are so understanding. ♥️
I was just yesterday looking at UCF to transfer to and when I looked up "Healthy ramen recipes" and saw UCF posted this I died 😂 I think it's a sign
I do not see eggs on the menu items .. Make Ramen with an added egg at the end –allowing for it to melt into the ramen –then mix it into the ramen..Or do I see a slice or 1/2 slice of cheese at the end of the cooking cycle–then stir it up …
This is great!!! Thanks:)
Still high in sodium
