mistake you made was to poach those breast in broth…Dark meat is always best in soups…White meat gets stringy in soup. Better to bread breasts and make a chicken picotta …The fish and mushrooms give depth but I would prob leave out…Dont need

It looks delicious. You are an excellent chef… but wow, what a terrible title. Here's a title that I think would have gotten you more clicks: "Mouthwatering chicken noodle soup". A title like "What if or Falafel was a Korean dish" makes people think too hard. It's confusing.
