    Hi Debbie I eat like that a lot. The first day it's always liquidy and yummy like a chunky soup.( I dont add cornflour) but if you leave it sit overnight it emulsifies because of the potatoes, and becomes more like a stew or casserole dish. So the next day I usually like to add curry powder and serve it with rice.2Days eating of difdernt flavours for one day's effort! Great minds think alike! Caroline🙋🏼‍♀️☘💛💚💙🧡❤

    If I make this with dried chickpeas should I cook them first in the instapot? How much would be equivalent to a can of chickpeas? Thanks, I am enjoying all your recipes.

    I have a couple quick questions…

    – What do you suggest as an alternative, for those who don't like mushroom?

    I cut salt for nearly a year, and relies heavily on celery, and other natural sodium, but haven't noticed any raise in my BP (etc) when I've re-incorporated salt.

    -Do you use any salt in general, other than the better than bouillon? Liquid aminos?
