So happy for Healthie Mummie – Congratulations on retiring. I actually had tears in my eyes, when she realized what her gift was. Have a great time together. I think I might have to try the meditating before meals. I realized both yesterday and today, after I put together this amazing plate, I had half of it gone, before I even noticed just how beautiful it was, all the parts that had to go into it for me to have made before, bought, some to have someone have grown it, picked it shipped it etc.. just all of it. Each and every piece, it's just incredible all that was there.

Your mom is just truly the best. As a mom and as a human. Her dedication to help and serve and hanging in there thru covid is just beautiful. Oh how she must feel to be free!!

I think u r in Boston as am I. Can I ask which restaurant you took your mom? Looked like a fabulous vegan place?
Have a blast in the Caribbean.

That food looked INCREDIBLE! How lucky you are to have restaurants that offer that kind of healthy food. Nothing like that around here. I can only wish! What restaurant was that?

Is a Hannah Yam the same as a Japanese sweet potato. I get so confused on all the varieties. I see the light skinned ones and then I bake them and they are soooooooo dry. I only seem to have luck with the traditional old-fashioned sweet potato. I would like to get the sweet potato with the purple insides, but I can never figure out which ones they are. Help.
