Where is your shirt with the sun from? And the one with the eye and 1975? All the food looks so good, especially those chickpea pancakes!

I really like your recipes and how creative you are in the kitchen 🙂 Also I love love love your autenticity – failed attempt to make a polenta? use it up as a salad topping instead of throwing it away. Don't feel like cooking? Just order out! It makes you so relatable and I feel super cozy and warm anytime I watch your vid 🙂 Thank you so very much, greetings from Poland! 😀
P.S. as for the baked oatmeal – I'm pretty obsessed with it at time as well, I recommend trying to ad 1-2 tbsp of rice flour (or other strachy flour) – the texture gets more cake-like

Beautiful Cat had to photo bomb. 💖💖 Corn tortillas are gluten free. Those looked good with the beans. ☺️ All the meals and snacks looked yummy. ☺️ Love potato soup. Soup anytime of the year. Not all Oats are gluten free.

Thank you SO SO much Amanda for making this very time consuming video for us! Your work, effort and creativity are very much appreciated! And the fact you challenged yourself to make this week (nearly) gluten free for all of your subscribers who cannot eat it is just so lovely of you! Especially considering all the ideas were still incredibly delicious and nutritious!

    Lots and lots of love!
Stay safe and have a wonderful rest of the week!

Loved this video! I’m gluten sensitive so this was super helpful! Would be super awesome to watch almost like a meal prep kind of week of eating. Work makes it difficult for me to spend time on making meals so that would be super helpful xx
