    For lettuce leaves you could wrap them up in wet paper towels and change them. And it does make them last for a while too. Salads looked really good. So did the smoothie. Cherry tomatoes I can eat a whole container of them things.

    Another excellent what Chanty Marie ate in a week video with yummy 😋 recipes and I consume dominantly vegan Wfpb with the occasional vegan junk food and because I don't have any allergy issues I eat all fruits, vegetables, seeds, grains, nuts ( don't buy them often due to prices) & legumes ( beans & lentils). Love 🥰 the video and love 💞Chanty Marie.

    No salt can be dangerous, as the body, n heart needs sodium, as an important mineral. People end up in the hospital with low sodium. Bad side effects. Also oil is needed for joints n as a lubricants.
