    Have you ever tried the blackened chicken tenders from Popeyes? They aren’t on our menu here but if you just order the tenders combo(or separate) just tell them you want them blackened. They are awesome. No breading.

    Haha! “There she blows…” is probably what you were thinking as opposed to “that’s all she wrote”. I think I once said, “that’s letting the horse drive the cart” which was a combination of “letting the tail wag the dog” and “putting the cart before the horse” 🤦‍♀️😂 I still think it works.

    Love seeing you working out, girl! May I please make a suggestion? I suggest you start with just 2 of the 20 min rides per week. Once that becomes consistent, then you can add more time or more days. I see this a lot with my clients where they almost try to make up for not exercising for a while and then try to do it 5 days a week. And that’s too much, so they stop all together, and the cycle continues. Baby steps!

I'm trying to do 2 or 3 different breakfast's so I have a choice; something the twins suggested in their video. Hang in there, you got this.

    I don't know if you're opposed to products with aspartame (really bad for you). The orange crush packets have it in them. I'm not opposed to substitute sweeteners, but aspartame is the most harmful one. Google it

    I thought your sunglasses looked cute 🙂 The shape fit your face really nice! An Amish place near me makes THE best fruit salad and I splurge on it once a week. Its way easier and cheaper than buying all that fruit myself. Plus I'd end up wasting so much if I made it myself because I'm the only one who eats it. Convenience for the win 👍

    Love the idea of batch cooking/prepping a protein, veggies, and grain & changing up the seasoning/sauce. If you’re in a pinch, love the grains in a pouch I got at HEB that you just microwave for the convenience. They have different ones and a pouch can be spread over a couple/few days. One of my favorite combinations for a bowl is mixed grains (I half the serving so not as many carbs/calories), add chicken, spinach, & air fried sweet potato cubes. I found a delicious Zatar seasoning at HEB and I mix it with fresh lemon juice and a tiny bit of olive oil to make a dressing I pour over the grains with the spinach mixed together and then top with the chicken and potatoes. It’s so lemony fresh and delicious with the sweetness of the potatoes on top almost like croutons. So yummy!

    YES to the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Oatmeal (I use the creamer in the coffee too lol). I am addicted to La Criox Limon Chello it's so good and any brand sugar freegrape packets for the bottle of water. LOL Seriously if you haven't tried the Limon Chello you have to, you will love it. Morgans wins "man of the year" leaving notes like that! <3
