I’m new to your channel, but I’m loving your content … my husband and I stopped eating meat two weeks ago, but I saw some utube videos of x plant base / vegans who said they felt sick and needed to take supplements of vitamin B… so I got scared and ate a few eggs lol 🙈 I suffer from health anxiety so any little thing throws me off into my fears … so may I ask what supplements you all include in your daily intake ?
