    I try to do 3 psmf days a week and then alternate keto and ketovore days… In fact, I follow a calendar to help me with that. It's hard to remember what days I'm on sometimes. I love chicken and really like to take it to work for lunch. Yes, I'm with you. electrolytes every day mostly twice a day. My husband (Harry) likes to have 3 or more sometimes. Great video again. Love the kids. I have to have my coffee every day so I know what you mean about loving your coffee.

    I made 2 with my own seasonings and your Buffalo one. Yummy! Now, I’m on to try the beef ones. My friend that I have been sharing my keto journey with and I, decided we love mushroom Swiss burgers with caramelized onions, so we’re going to replicate that with beef bars. This should turn out fantastic! I’ll let you know how it works out. Probably in a week or so. I have shaved beef that I thawed out yesterday to make Philly cheese steak.

    I'm not sure this fits your ingredient restrictions, but kitu super creamer has a coconut mocha that's pea protein and MCT oil instead of cream. be careful because some of their flavors do include heavy cream.

    I really like these videos as I have a hard time on the high protein low fat days. I have tried the bread for 2 months and I still don’t really like it. Lol. I have a question though. Where did you get your macros my seem totally off also I usually make my electrolytes in my mug and drink it over and hour but I heard someone mention not taking to long to drink it because it spikes insulin. I have never heard that and I wondered if you have heard that before?

    You’re right, breakfast doesn’t have to look like breakfast. My boys will eat any protein left from dinner last night for breakfast the next day with toast or rice. Thanks, always enjoyed your vlog!!

    I’ve been using chocolate salt lmnt, for the chocolate flavor, and then unsweetened coconut cream in a can.

    After I open the can I blend the cream in my blender to break up the hunks of coconut and the thinner water. It ends up not as thin as heavy cream, but not as thick as whipped cream, though I could probably blend it longer for that thick texture. I just do enough to break up the coconut chunks.

    Then I store in a mason jar in my fridge. 30g is a servings and it’s lower fat, cal, and carbs than hwc.

    Charity playing the piano was adorable ☺️ I’ve been able to enjoy black coffee for a while now and that has been so helpful for me cutting back dairy. I still have a splash of cream in an evening cup of decaf, but not every day. I’ve experimented with coconut milk powders in my dry ranch mix and it’s ok…I’d imagine it works better in a coffee creamer though 😅

    I am waiting for a space in my cooking because I want to try those meat bars! I'll probably put the Pistol River Mushroom seasoning on mine along with some black pepper or possibly some ground Sichuan pepper. Charity plays so well!!!! Mango is good! I like the zero sugar Mango Pepsi when I can find it any more! I really want to try the Amylu breakfast sausages but I haven't seen them anywhere but Costco and the size of the package there would be way too many for just me! Maybe Amazon has them! As always my absolute very very best to all of you including all of your pets, chickens, and of course your mom! Take care, all!

    Avacado is just the nastiest stuff. People who say they like it, seem to be telling lies. Horrible horrible flavor and texture. If you really think you need avacado take a pill.

    Interesting that you don't eat any veggies – except pickles. I've been trying to get longer meal with veggies in during the day, especially on my high protein days. In the last week if been having some carbs in the a.m. and trying to avoid then at night(except tonight because I was writing extra hours and I was on my feet longer want I'm trying to eat up leftovers.) I'm going back to lower carb, gluten free, days next week. I took a break because of my son's birthday and I have been behaving myself for 1-1/2 months. Eating gluten free and more protein does make me more energetic.
