Hi Anita. I really enjoy your natural approach and good recipes. Can you tell me what prompted you to go from keto to carnivore and what benefits you discovered. I was keto for a year and switched to carnivore a couple of months ago. My weight loss slowed down and has stopped since then. I like carnivore but worry if I’m doing it correctly. Thanks

I make bone broth in the instant pot too – but I use a tiny bit of carrot, some celery and onion and then I add the vinegar with the mother. I've done it without and still get quite a bit of collagen without it. I top the dog food with it and use it in recipes. I keep all my bones for a while, sometimes I freeze them and it takes a while to collect up enough.
I also love Carnivore Crisps. And Carnivore Snax. I have made my own too. I use the dehydrator setting on my air fryer and it works well.
I would drizzle the soup with some sriracha or sprinkle with cilantro. That is me. You do you! I won't yuck your yum. That isn't my style.

hee hee! You gave me a giggle! You're doing so well! I'm still "Ketovore"…….. i'm not sure if I will magically go carnivore or not! Thank you for the video! I enjoy them so much. 🙂

I don't think fat breaks your fast cause it doesn't raise blood sugar.
My understanding is microwaves reduce nutrients radically, it shouldn't be within 5 feet of consumables they say.
My new finds are pizza (indigo nili) using eggwhite powder and gelatin for the crust and all beef hot dog "corn dogs" using pork rind power for the batter, an egg for each 1 oz PR powder (Carn chef). My granddaughter liked it!
Whey from yogurt can be used instead of ACV to make bone broth.
Is it cloudy most the winter in Langley?

I have been making really good and super easy beef jerky in my dehydrator with the thin sliced beef from Costco. It’s very easy and much more affordable than carnivore crisps.

Great idea on putting the gelatin bone broth in silicone molds. I have been making bone broth for several years and often need to use just a little broth. Never thought to do this so thanks for this tip.

Anita, I need your input. I have a birthday party coming up and the restaurant has nothing I can eat. Plus there will be cake. I don't know what to do. Sit and drink water and pretend I am enjoying myself. Especially since it's for my birthday. It's a combined birthday thing with family. Ugh

Yay! Was in a mood till I saw your video pop up! 😊 I've been making amazing beef jerky in my oven. Love carnivore crisps but can't afford them. Can't be too hard to make at home? Thank you for this video! 💗
