Your kids are so adorable! I don't do sweet so sorry for smoothie recipes. But that soup looks delicious! And the instant pot is a lifesaver in this heat, right? I love butterflies! That was a very good lesson for your boy!

Loved everything about this from the rainbow of food to the butterflies 🦋 to the adorable babies. I'm going to try the dressing as I dread salads these days because I haven't been able to make a winner. Definitely need some good recipes in the dressing area.

Hi Stormy. Beautiful content. Love it anytime a child connects with nature……so much better then staying in the house.
I couldn’t find the link for the brownie bites. Plz post again.
As always good you see you here on this platform. Love from NY.

I love tropical fruits. Mango pineapple banana, papaya, and greens for my smoothies. Can’t wait to show my daughter the butterflies, she did a project on Minnesota the state insect is the Monarch Butterfly. Your babies are adorable ❤ Have a blessed day🙏🏼

Yr boy is such a gentle soul with the butterfly. great to see. When it gets really ho9t down here I start freezing zucchini in chunks nd sub it for some banana. Its kind of lighter and more refreshing.

My favorite smoothie is with frozen cherries, frozen wild blueberries and a banana. You can add greens too. Cherries are so good in smoothies. You can get them at Costco. I love seeing your beautiful baby! So sweet! And your little boy too! I love how curious he is about bugs. Thanks Stormi😀
