I would be interested to see weight loss meals to prep with your new way of eating, and if you are going to count calories or track some way to lose the weight?

huh….! Boy, I couldn't do quite a bit of the food you are showing it will kick me. Happy to see that you can do it. But I know that a lot of people are going to have a little food fun over the holidays. I think I'm staying on track as much as I can because going off track really effects me and my weight loss and health. Have fun and Happy Holidays to everyone.

Glad to hear Cilynn is doing better after her surgery. Prayers for her complete recovery. 🙏
We make homemade refried beans from cans. You have inspired me to buy some dried beans, soak them, and make them.

I’m so glad your daughter is doing well and I will continue to pray for you and your family ! The hot cocoa bombs looked delicious! Everyone you ate looked so good! Don’t apologize for the creamer, it’s the holidays and you don’t have to justify treating Yourself … at least you went with zero sugar!

When I cook beans I use smoked turkey wings instead of ham. I don’t eat pork and the wings are cheap and gives great flavor. Also add chili deArbol, onion and garlic. So good.

So happy to hear Cilynn is doing well! So, I was telling my husband about a month ago that I think I’m gonna have to quit keto! I’ve been keto for almost 6 years, but this last 2 years have been REALLY REALLY hard on me! I’ve also gained back about 50lbs of the 140 that I had lost! I CANNOT seem to get going again! I’m good for a week and then I blow it! Off 2-3 days and then back on! I just told him I think I have “keto burnout” or something! Then I saw your video about quitting keto!!! EVERY single thing you said was EXACTLY how I’ve been feeling! So, I’m wondering…are you counting calories? Or are you just being self conscious? What? So you mind sharing?

Those chiles are called chiles Guajillo. Sometimes they’re New Mexico and sometimes California red Chiles. We use them to make our pozole, enchiladas, and so many yummy dishes!

For my beans I just add some cut up salt pork and also a couple chopped up serrano chilis and wow are they good! Whenever I make beans my hubby literally will not eat anything else until they are all gone!
