    Thank you Natalie. A reminder to get your book out again. So easy to make. I love lots of soups and usually have it as a starter before a meal. I have a huge appetite but have stayed at my Target weight for over 14 years. Only been plant based for about a year but eat so much and love it. I lost about 40 lbs.
    Been hot in the UK today.
