    Ooh that egg looked really good, it’s been a while since I didn’t have one, which is a shame since I have eggs from my own hens, gonna have to remedy this! Strangely enough I think it’s been so long that it is slowly becoming a fear food, even though eggs are delicious. That’s a good reminder for me to always add fear foods in my diet in order to get a better relationship with food! As always, thank you so so much for showing us your delicious cooking and to have such a comforting energy, your channel is a real safe place for me 🥰 Wish you the best !<3

    But I had a question
    I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant and my doctor basically said that I can't gain more then 15 pounds in those 7 months and they called me obese and that I need to lose weight but I don't know if I should Ive been doing intuitive eating for 7 months and I don't want to go back into my eating disorders bad habits or lose the baby it's just I know I'm not obese I'm weigh 198 and I'm 5'4" I'm just chubby lol (they said they will give me a dietitian in January)
    Any advice will do thanks 👍 ❤️
