I’ve been watching your channel for almost a year now and you have been such an inspiration. With a lot of the tools I’ve learned from your videos I’ve managed to lose 10 lbs and keep it off with more to go. I used to do a lot of self sabotage by thinking foods were good/bad when its neither and it’s always about progress over perfection.
Could be wrong here but lo mein is basically softer noodles tossed in sauce (more popular in US) and chow mein is fried noodles done in a wok (more popular in UK) 🤔
Good afternoon, Ryan, and I have to say, I’m liking this longform video, especially with you going to Panda Express which as I mentioned in a previous shorter video of yours when you were there last time, that has always been a favorite place of mine to go to, but haven’t been to one since we left my wife’s hometown of Bayonne, NJ for years ago… Surprisingly, we have found some good Chinese food out here in Albuquerque but I have to say crab Rangoon, any kind of lo mein, going old school with eggrolls And any kind of teriyaki or sweet-and-sour or glaze kind of meats are always some favorites, although I try not to overdo it with the chicken as well as the carbs… Luckily, I have actually been one of those people who is a We’re kid and loved vegetables, ever since I was very little so I’m good with non fried or coated chicken, beef, shrimp, or pork with vegetables over some noodles but I do treat myself to vegetable, if not chicken or shrimp fried rice on occasion
Hey Ryan!! Congratulations on being a full-time content creator. I’m so happy for you. Just a quick update since I started following you back in May. I’ve managed to lose almost 40lbs since I started my journey on May 18th. I owe it ALL to you!! ❤ Not one day has gone by that I’ve ever felt deprived of any foods. Fasting has become second nature for me now. I’ve learned to be more in tune with my body now. I use to eat strictly from noon-8pm. Now, if I’m not hungry at noon, I listen to my body and eat when I’m actually hungry, but still have that 8pm cut off. I’m down 2 dress sizes. You’ve been such an inspiration to me and I cannot thank you enough. Many continued blessings to you and your family. Keep up the amazing work that you’re doing and continue to inspire others. Side note: the Beijing Beef is my absolute favorite at Panda Express and I’m a fried rice kinda girl!!
Honestly you convinced me to go one meal a day as a student , its been like 4 or 5 month , shed a ton of fat , gain a ton of muscle and never felt better than that.

Hi Ryan and family love your videos happy holidays 🙏🙏
This is not remotely a hate comment but can 18 hours even be considered fasting? For most people thats basically just skipping breakfast
Damn lot of food
