By popular demand I bring you a what I eat in a day video making only foods I eat on the Esselstyn Diet. I make foods using no oil, no sugar and little to no salt.

    I do the same thing! Except Im not vegan. I always thought I was weird for not flavoring my food, but food tastes great without anything added! Ive been oil, salt and sugar free for about a decade.

    Why the hell would you leave nuts out of your diet? Fat =/= Fat, same as Sugar =/= Sugar. Studies showed that you can consume as much sugar as you want if it comes in the form of fruit, for example.

    hi i am a new vegan and i did notice from one of your older videos that even my TG went up and HDL came down …i am doing No oil, Salt and sugar …but running out of options …what did you eat on Dr Esselytens diet , my next blood work is end of them otnh and i want to make sure my HDL is u[p and TG are down , please share what you consumed on Dr Esselytens diet .

    You're looking really good these days! We also get one vegan meal a day I think. A lot of people just eat peanut butter and jelly but after a few days I would be throwing it at the wall! 🙂

    Hey Chris! As you know I am vegan but I am also Eastern Orthodox Christian and we Fast 2 days a week and have 3 fast for 48 days. They take away oil all of oil. and as a vegan I never cooked without oil. I don't think we can have it on Wednesday and Friday either oh sheesh!

    OMG! I’m so glad I found you! I’ve been on this diet for 1 month now & it is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in life! I’ve cried almost given up & been devastated because it’s so hard! I need help really bad & I thought I was out here alone!
