I'm glad you mentioned the cleaning of the airfryer grill, because it's sure a hot topic. except I did not hear you mention cleaning of the inside upper hood & element areas. I think that is by far the toughest area to deal with for most people. I say this because there does not appear to be any dark build up on yours~ which is really uncommon. Most airfryer inside hoods are covered in a hardened, blackish brown mess~ no matter what's tried. So If you do something additional up there- scotch brite pad, Barkeeper's Friend, etc…. sandblasting maybe? =) ~ I'm sure many of us would love to know.
I believe this may be why you continue to get questions about it, as it's a bit shocking to still see a clean, silver colored surface when everyone else's is black. Even the end section of the element, where it plugs into the unit, is caked w/layers of hardened goo that will not come off~ really frustrating. Thanks~ Samantha in AZ

I keep 2"x2" cubed beef belly in a zip bag in the freezer. When I cook in the slow cooker, I add a few cubes to meat that's on the lean side. It adds flavor and makes good meat broth.
