    You don't fit into this criteria, but what are your thoughts on keto'ers who make every other dish a replica of traditionally high-carb foods, such as bread, pasta, and rice? In a way, they're seemingly admitting that they still crave carbs, though I'm sure it might not always actually be the case. On another subject, it's good to see that you're incorporating a decent amount of meat and eggs. Some people in the keto/low carb community still believe the mantra that protein kicks them out of ketosis, and a few are even under the delusion that high protein cancels out any benefits of doing the keto diet in the first place. If there's one message I can send to everyone in this community, is to not fear protein.

    GM Anita, love watching your videos. I’m trying so hard to get back in track but it’s been so hard lately. I lost 58 pounds but gained most of it back during the pandemic so will keep at it. BTW your hair looks good put up.

    I totally don't follow this diet but I still really love watching your videos. I have huge respect that you manage to follow a diet and that it's working for you. Sure not for everyone but it's interesting how carnivore or mostly carnivore seem to work for many people and their health as long as you manage to follow it. I love your creativity, I suppose I'm in a similar way fascinated by vegan youtubers who create different meat substitutes, the way you create bread. I definitely think the bread you make would be lot healthier than the bread most people eat, even if you're not carnivore or ketovore.

    I’m not giving up my coffee either I love it too much
    I have only 2 cups a day one in the morning black and one in the Afternoon with collagen and a splash of heavy cream

    How do you dose your Lugol’s solution? Is it 4% potassium iodide and 2% elemental iodine I presume? I know they’re not allowed to post dosing instructions on bottles for legal reasons (at least in the States) and they have to claim it’s “for talisman use only,” which is honestly the creepiest label workaround phraseology they could have used in my opinion lol.

    The pasta is awesome. I can't do seafood because of allergies but grilled chicken breast works very well with the cream and bacon. Like a chicken carbonarra. Yummy! So good! Thank you for the idea 😃 It has been very hot here in Tacoma Washington right down the road as well. Ughhh glad for a little break today 😊

    I gave up coffee. Then I added it back as decaf. Then I ended up doing closer to half caf. I use Anthony’s collagen, real salt and ghee in it. It’s my little gift to myself each morning. 🤭

    I use an affordable collagen Zammex Multi Collagen. Instead of just the I & III types beef collagen has, it has II, V & X added from fish, chickens & eggs & some other compounds that make it more accessible for us. Not sure if You can get it way up North but may be worth a check. 🤗
    I thought I read somewhere they use quality animals well cared for I can't find it now…

    yes its been hot 🥵 so i am not using my oven, coffee is my first thing while i watch utube. I am curious, if you could onlyhave one appliance excluding coffee maker 😃 what would it be? For me it’s my Ninja Foodi which is like an Instapot. Also where do you get your iodine and is it 2%?     I'd pour coffee down the drain. Don't like and don't and never drank. I probably need iodine in my diet. Something missing just don't know what. I usually do 16/8 but don't eat during the whole 8.
