My little Westie, Fred was two years old today! His three sisters are all rescues: Lucy, a Chihuahua from Craig's List, with a chronic skin condition & a wonderful spirit, Clementine, a Beagle Spaniel Mix who is worth her weight in gold and Bonnie, a now 14 year old precious bundle of love. Fred almost caught himself a small Possum tonight. He was confused when it acted like it was dead. I saw the possum running and ran too. Fred left it, Clemmie did not bother it at all, and they both went into the house. Five minutes later, I was happy to see it had moved on! I love seeing your family including your little dog and the chickens. Tonight was the first time I became aware of the kittens. Will you be keeping them or are they foster kits? You are going to have me getting a Keurig , an Instapot and an Air Fryer, in my tiny kitchen! I am going to have to do an IndigoNili playlist as I go to sleep. Blessings to all!!
Have you seen/used the silicone air fryer liners? I'm thinking of ordering some for when I do something sticky, like teriyaki.

I'm sure you can mold it. The color is not really appetizing 😆 but I'm sure it's delicious!! It sounds kinda like the hard boiled eggs pudding or the scrambled egg pudding (same recipe, just difference in the cook on the eggs) via Maria Emmerich. Yes, cocoa is a sub for flour, so I'm sure that was the difference! Love ya, girl ❤💙💜

I need to unbox my air fryer. I'm doing the same thing with it that I did with my Instant Pot…………..LOL!!! I'm not afraid of my air fryer though. haha And of course I've been loving my IP for years now. (it's just a reg air fryer- not IP brand) That breading looks so good & my Costco has not carried that Parm in a long time. :/ I feel sorry for that white/yellow Lab- she seems sad. Maybe she knows she's going to be leaving her home. Would you mind sharing her circumstances? If so, that's OK. TFS!!

As you're pouring your egg mixture into your stainless steel bowl, run it through one of those stainless steel mesh like strainers. Just one quick small step that makes such a big difference in the texture of your end product. So silky smooth. You won't regret it. 😊
the texture on top is from the foam that the stick blending created! If you see Chinese recipes for egg pudding they often sieve the mixture into the container to make bubbles go away, you can also skim the bubbles with a spoon 😊

Great video! The egg pudding made me think of lumps of coal..LOL.. Anyway if you can find a little Beagle dog those are so awesome with kids and about the same size as Poe. I grew up having them around. Boxers are great with kids as well..

Those chicken legs looked so good. Is the creole seasoning very spicy? I like spicy but my husband not so much. He likes a little but not overly spicy. I’ve been seeing the black cocoa being mentioned lately. The egg custard looked really good too. The 2nd time I made the egg custard I used almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla. It was so bad. Threw it out and it had the air bubbles in it. But I really enjoy it. Nice change. Thanks for trying these new recipes for us. Nice to see the girls enjoying cooking 🧑🍳
Man, I wish I could get down on chicken legs like that! They are so economic, but I just cant get past all the tendons. My son on the other hand, cleans them.

If the dog does not know you or your family, should it be scared or skiddish until it knows whether or not you can be trusted? What environment did the dog come from? Was it abused? Does it have a reason to not be too trusting? I hope the folks who have the dog are vetting a potenital owner very carefully. There are twisted, messed up and abusive people out there who do not have good intentions.
