    I just started keto yesterday after weeks of just eating healthy and exercising. I already lost about 10ish pounds. Probably water weight lol I have like 30 more pounds to go. I’ve done keto before and loved it but stopped because of things(nothing to do with keto).
    Anyways, I’m back on it and I can’t wait to lose more weight. Today is my second day. Just got out of work and had my last meal then going to workout later. Today I had SOO MUCH energy. But I know the keto will creep up like always🤣 but I’m ready!!! I love keto. Came on YouTube to get lots of meal ideas🥰

    I get in to a rut sometimes too with keto, when that happens I try not to focus so much on the diet and more on myself. For me it’s always more of a mental thing. Everything you ate looked delicious! I have to try the egg on the cheese shell taco hack! That’s genius!
