    New subscriber I am in starting late but I'm in . I have had success 60 lbs on keto . Fell off over the holidays but I'm dedicated to do this . It is worth it . My favorite recipe is sugar free cheesecake jello pudding made with 2 cups heavy whipping cream. Thank me later

    The chips and bread are good. Just way more expensive than regular chips/bread. If anyone on a budget like me, make your own. I bought so many products that I never used when I first started, tip-don’t go overboard purchasing products. I have a cabinet full that I need to throw out. Love this channel- great recipe ideas 💕

    I hate cardio too. I’ve learned that weight training is more beneficial for me to shape my body in the way I wanted to look. Cardio slimmed me down but I had no shape. It’s good for your heart but weight training can get your heart rate up too so weight training more I feel. Plus more muscle burns fat faster 🤷🏾‍♀️. I love your channel by the way 💜

    What I learned today: Not eating my JD natural Sausage. 2 ounces. 1 patty is 210 calories and 2 g carbs.
    That’s not very much food.
    3 pieces of my bacon is 150 no carbs.

    I’m joining in!🙋🏻‍♀️ I started yesterday. For the first 2 weeks I’m doing like a “jump start” to kind of detox from the holidays and focusing mostly on my water intake, fasting 16:8, and eating meats/protein and keto approved veggies. Then I’ll start eating more “normal” keto, still fast, and start an exercise routine. Gotta start somewhere!🤷🏻‍♀️

    My goal for this year is to workout more. I no longer do keto but I still like to supplement with some keto items. Like sugar free ketchup, sugar free soda, sugar free electrolytes and sugar free creamers. Just overall healthier decisions. But this year I want to up my workout game🏋️‍♀️.
