Love these every time! I’ve been following you for years now and I love your videos! I know your a Homemaker Chic girl (you introduced me to their podcast forever ago, thank you!) and I know you have a homestead in the making, so I’m curious about your plans for a dairy cow, are you guys thinking about getting one? Do you try to buy raw milk? Do you milk your goats…? Haha. I would love to learn your thoughts on raw milk and the health info about it. Anyway, take care!

A problem I have is that in this menopausal time of my life, once I start eating, then the digestive juices start flowing and I am ALWAYS hungry. And when I eat, I have zero energy and pass out in what I call a "food coma." But when I do intermittent fasting, I don't get hungry and I have tons of energy! So this makes me afraid to eat. I've done this for many years, before "intermittent fasting" was a thing, just because I would get too busy to eat. So I am very used to it. But when I try to eat intuitively, I'm always hungry and I gain weight really easily and really fast. I panic and want to go back to intermittent fasting. At least that way, I can control my weight. But I'm worried about blood sugar issues because I've recently learned that skipping breakfast, especially, can lead to type 2 diabetes because cortisol levels are highest in the morning and need to be brought back down by eating breakfast (the meal that I have been consistently skipping for years). But then, of course, there's the other side of this where they say that intermittent fasting helps to regulate blood sugar, metabolism, etc. I'm feeling some things that may be related to prediabetes, but they can also be menopausal symptoms. It is all very, very confusing!! Help!!

I was wondering if you could do a natural body products video.. especially for kids? Curious what shampoo and body wash your kids use. I’m trying to find something good for my girls!
