    For Mia: how can you figure out what your body is truly craving? Like if I’m craving a donut, I know sometimes it’s like, okay just eat a donut, but sometimes I want a healthier option, I just don’t know how to feed that craving, if that makes sense?

    Why do you only take 3 bites of the brownie and kept it back? Was it you controlling yourself? You didn’t feel like eating it or were you in hurry? This is random but I was just wondering because cause if it was me I would just eat the whole thing and go for my walk lol

    For the Q&A – I want to know, as someone who is still young but really determined to take care of her own physical, mental, and emotional health, is it really healthy and sustainable to track your calories everyday and make sure you’re not exceeding a certain amount of calories? Let’s say not go beyond 1,200 calories for a healthy, normal weight teenager.

    Gaining weight & lean muscle when being underweight. Needing to put some body fat on and fill out but don’t want to grow too much in muscle size. Light weights high rep to stay long / lean? How quick to increase cals / how often?

    Questions: What if any supplements should I consider taking? When cravings arise during PMS, whats a good way to manage that without making symptoms worse? Example, I crave chocolate but find myself indulging & getting a belly ache that exacerbates my bloating & cramps.
