Okay… you CAN NOT use maple syrup in a LOWFOD diet. What the hell is this?

Also, you are consuming way way to much fat and sugar with that first meal. Nuts should be very very rarely consumed.

Secondly she uses a gluten free flour. This is still coming from a grain source… just because something is gluten free, does not mean it is grain free… you can't use derivatives of products like gluten free flour in a whole30 lowfodmap diet wth.

With me recently being diagnosed with IBS I decided to watch this video for ideas but sadly with me being a fussy eater I’m not too sure about eating some of what I saw, I don’t like fish for a start, the granola well I’m sure there are gluten free versions in the supermarket I could try & find (sorry I’m lazy & probably can’t be bothered to make things from scratch for myself as I’m married with kids so have to deal with them too) I’m the only one within my family with IBS, so I’m sure there are tons of gluten free products I can find that I might like…also can someone answer me this question, what type of milk can I use in cereals & decaf coffee?

My daughter was just told to try to eat this fodmap diet for 8 weeks then reintroduce things. Its so overwhelming, all the things she cant eat like grains and legumes and the veggies and fruit she can't eat are all ones she likes the ones she can eat are not ones she like or not as much looking for recipes so I'm not spending my whole life in the kitchen

Mayonnaise has no dairy in it and requires no sugar.
It only contains Oil (any liquid oil that you like taste of), Egg yolks, White wine vinegar and Salt, sometimes a splash of water, and mustard.

I saved your video because that first one look like a healthy vegan snack to keep me out of trouble once I become vegetarian or vegan. Butter is the only dairy product. I am weaning off of meat, I think. Time will tell after the Food Revolution Summit is over May 5th.

Thanks Becky! Very inspirational content. It's so easy to feel like there's nothing to eat when you have IBS and follow a low fodmap diet! Hopefully I will get a few ideas to vary my bland diet! 🙂 🙂 🙂
