Pre loading sounds so smart & a way to be intentional in achieving goals & staying on track. Do you have any mind tricks??? Have you been tempted by Girl Scout cookies? I love nice cream & enjoy the food. How do you answer to others in certain situations where you’re the only one & your over tired etc. I find I can get through the situation but feel kinda tiny. I’m trying to strengthen those unknown parts of myself because I love this way of eating & want to improve my inflammation levels. (I went to town on those cookies & it was so not worth it. It’s like having a housemate that plays into you for their choices….ugh.) I know this will get easier as I discover simple “go to”. I have not tried pre loading, I’ll give it a try! 😊

Looks great, will you be sharing your progress? Body fat would be more helpful than just weight, though weight is good to know since water retention is a real issue for some of us (myself included)!

That was really close to 2000 calories for a day. Are you still losing weight on that many calories?

Curious why you didn’t have more veggies with lunch? When I preload my meals (always dinner but also most other meals), I still have a 75/25 plate veggies/starch. I guess I’m in a intense mode since I haven’t lost any weight in months.

This is great, thanks! I’ve been holding out trying the cauliflower and oatmeal thing too. I’ve tried zucchini in my oatmeal with success so it’s time to try another non-starchy. Thanks for the inspiration! 👏🏻

These recipes look delicious! I love oats with cauliflower. Have you ever tried the burgers without the air fryer? (My first air fryer was a dud, it left a terrible after taste on the food. I’ve been hesitant to purchase another.) Happy to hear about your Instant pot, maybe a video on using that & trouble shooting etc. We got ours as a gift & also heard those stories. Gotta start using it!

You’ll love pre-steaming potatoes in the IP! Scrub them, cook in one cup water (whole) for ten minutes. Then cool in fridge before airfrying. They’ll be very moist! Also, I cute into wedges instead of fries. The thin shape dry out easier in AF.
