    Add canned Tuna and gochujang to that egg rice and that should liven the flavor more. If I was making that I’d also add shredded sharp cheddar cheese (yeah I’m weird).

    You should also add fish sauce to the soup if you have it handy !

    We had a Korean exchange student who became like a third daughter to us. When her mom visited us, she cooked wonderful meals, but one I never forgot was her dipping leftover kim bap in an egg wash and frying it for us for breakfast. My mind was blown and I immediately thought of french toast even though it wasn't sweet. This was a fun video. Thanks!
