Thank you for this, as I transition out of low carb I'm finding I need a lot of starch to feel satisfied, then I feel great. It takes time to break the old patterns! I don't even miss the high fat/oil I used to eat.

Love your channel and the energy you bring. I'm new to the Starch Solution and am still trying to find my way, so your what I eat in a day videos are super helpful!

Question as I am also in the UK – have you found decent sized, oil free wraps anywhere? I'm struggling to find anything other than the tiny corn tortillas. Thank you ☺️

You should write a children’s WFPB recipe book for busy moms. I’m a mom of 20 something’s, but I think you have such amazing energy and you could really help people. Since you have your cheese business you could start selling WFPB baby foods to be sold at the same places you sell your cheese. Just a thought! You are great!

I’m in for Saturday! Also, I have a bag of Ethiopian Berbere that I am trying to use up. I’ve been just adding it to lentils here and there. But if you have any other recommendations, I am all ears. Thanks Ami!

Lovin you channel all the way in New Zealand. I would like to know what sort of weightloss journey like ie how many pounds per week. Was it fairly regular or spasmodic.
Just a wee more detail re your losses would be great

Hi Ami from beautiful Sydney I would love to know how you cook your chickpeas – my attempt in the instant pot don't turn out very well or they are fairly tasteless
