    I'm also a creature of food habit: I eat oatmeal (with banana, peanut butter powder, and almond milk) every morning, and a salad (with lots of greens, chicken, tomatoes, dressing) every day for lunch. Your peanut dressing recipe (which I think you posted in NZ?) is still my go-to for zucchini noodles!

    Iv'e been on Keto for a year,and never seen this muffin reciepe…it looks great. I find i use a lot of xylitol (birch sugar) in my lemon or chocolate keto mousse…tastes very sweet and also good for you.I will be trying that muffin straight away.

    this was a really nice video! it was inspiring and interesting – I appreciated that you have emotionally/physically draining things going on and you demonstrated coping mechanisms – eating well, repeating meals, slow cooker meals, being in bed early… and just speaking honestly about things (all while filming a video!) I will be trying the curry recipe next week! go well.

    Another great video! Yes, chocolate is my friend too. 😄 I allow myself 1 Lindtt bar once a week. It takes me 2 days to eat it. It keeps me from going crazy with chocolate every day. The curry looks delicious.

    Thank you for the food inspiration Kay 😊 my food and health journey has taken a downward turn lately, my digestive issues couldn't tolerate a plant based diet, now I'm just eating too much rubbish again and I'm sure the high carbs are playing havoc with my blood sugar levels so it's great to get these meal suggestions from you. I also struggle with chronic fatigue, do you find that keeping your blood sugars more constant makes a big difference to keeping the fatigue at bay?
