    Girl home depot is a trap. My husband handles the outside of the house and I handle the inside and he’s been getting all these tools and I’m like yooo slow down 😂 he’s become very obsessed with our grass and power washing the house. I think it’s them getting older they need something to do. Would be fun to see you do a live painting class. You’re so crafty I love it.

    I have a different stepper, but they are definitely a beast! I took my bands off and usually workout with two 3-pound hand weights…

    I just do random moves with the weights or keep them in walking motion with my arms while stepping… Crazy the difference i feel with the weights versus without.

    Misconception: Toned just means building muscle and in order to do that it’s better to do weight training than cardio. Plus get in at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight or desired weight. However, ur nutrition is excellent keep it up girl!!!🎉

    Those steppers are no joke plus I do have knee pain I made it to 40 minutes but I started with 10 minutes but you did awesome for the first time doing a step up I meant to say that stepper also I am doing the challenge with the workout because i am trying to eat a healthy. Stairs.plus what's the weather like a little equipment in the park. Not today almost 30 minutes workout video. But I definitely will let you know my workout. Just being honest I want to take no pictures to post lol. On less i give it a 100 prect but I'm just keeping it honest and I do like your cooking videos so i could get delicious idea for you god bless you and your whole family ❤
