Anyone have any advice for me. I have lost 50 pounds from January to July and then nothing. I haven’t gained but have not lost any more weight. My diet has pretty much been the same. Any advice on what I can try? (My diet is oil free, sugar free but I do use salt because my BP has been low with this woe) I mainly eat potatoes for my starch. A rarely eat pasta but do enjoy rice bowls or sushi from time to time. I have 60 to 70 pounds left to lose
