Liz, Just a suggestion with the food from Wild Zora's you could heat up some water and put into a thermal water bottle and then when you go out shopping you fix it in the car when you get hungry. Thanks for sharing this video with us. God bless you and your family!

Also glad you’re eating really healthy food!! Wishing you all the best on your journey. If I may, would like to comment on the fruit. The sugar is very high and I know that aides in inflammation too. Enjoy both your channels!!💕❤️💕

You are looking great! Keep up the good work. I’m happy that you are finally discovering good nutrition. For others watching your channel, people should know that they can eat “ clean” even if they can’t afford these pre-packaged items. Reading labels and eating unprocessed foods is a good start. Also, think about what your serve your family, even though they might be symptom -free now. Good nutrition is the key to a healthy body and a long life. : From a health care professional☀️

I have been getting supplies and preparing to do the AIP diet. I also found take along snacks that are AIP
Approved. I order collagen from a company called Native path. It has helped me. Recently they added snacks which I tried and like Thought you might like also. I’ve ordered creamer which I haven’t received yet. Like you I love my morning coffee and hope this works for me. Its challenging to get rid of all the things I’ve always eaten and
Make entirely new menu. I will do it
though. I love your channels. Sharing is so helpful. I wish there were a chart I could order with all the correct items and the forbidden ones too. If anyone knows of a source, I would appreciate.

Thank you so much for this info, I did not know this company was out there. I am diabetic and am struggling with nutritious meals on the go. Also evening snacks are a problem for me. This will help greatly. Thank you as always praying for you and your family.

Hi Liz. I love both your channels. I’ve watched your other channel for at least 4 yrs. I came across a channel called FlavCity with Bobby Parrish. I have RA and a few other issues. I started going to a nutritionist. She suggested that I start taking Curcumin. It’s the anti inflammatory in turmeric. It works faster. Also she suggested I go off grains for a month to see if my inflammation improves. Thought I would share.

Oh this is right up my alley!! I held off on starting this diet because I had Hello Fresh boxes on the way & I didn’t want to waste them, but now I’m on the diet as well & this is perfect! And I’ve found that tomatoes are a trigger for me as well!!! 😩 I guess I won’t have to grow them anymore 😂

Liz, thank you so much for the new products you found. I may consider but you know those banana chips you introduced to us a few weeks ago, I bought some the next day and I looovvvvve them! That is my “Go To” crunchy snack. I don’t suffer from inflammation, well, I didn’t think I did, but I am feeling so much better now that I’m eating more organic foods, fresh fruits, veggies and smoothies. You are my inspiration. I’ll let you know when I feel the pounds sliding off! Keep up the good work. I love the end of the video. . . So high tech professional. Is that Mr Shadow’s work?
