    Is there a trend of going for 20-25 hr fasts for you at the moment that I'm noticing? Here I was just getting to 16-17 hr fasts on most days of the week and you stepped up your game haha. Does your wife do IF? I was wondering 'cause I keep finding conflicting views from health professionals/nutritionists here on youtube re: women's hormones and doing IF and I've not yet noticed anything worrying in my way of doing my IF hours… But I keep wondering if going up to 20hr fasts could be bad for me as a woman. I guess it's not been researched enough in women, maybe I'm my own guinea pig. /just some random thoughts

    Ok dude. First off, Im so sorry but this is one of my biggest pet peeves and as a huge foodie I am compelled to educate. So… It's pronounced Maka-ron. Macaroons are coconut and chocolate cookies. The brightly colored sandwich cookies are French Macarons.

    Actually did a 19 hour fast today. Broke with 6 slices of turkey bacon, 4 turkey sausage links and 2 pieces of white toast with calorie free butter. Then a cup of Kcup Dunkin coffee with 20ml of sugar and 30ml of coffee liquid creamer. That was 667 calories and looks like I’ll leave 750 calories on the table after my workouts.
