    Have u tried the Cauliflower Thins from Costco. I use then as buns or small tacos and I love them. 3g carb, 1 gram fiber. They freeze well too. Last awhile in the refrigerator too.

    @Indigo Nili Hello again. I came across a video from Dr. Berry's wife who has Hashimoto's and is doing dairy-free. I thought perhaps on a daring day, you might be willing to try her suggestion for coffee. The channel is Neisha Loves It and the video title is EGG COFFEE. She uses no sweetener, but I see no problem with adding stevia or allulose or even glycine, which is a naturally-sweet amino acid that's stirred up some interest in the carnivore community.

    I have to try the pancakes for sure. Your husband was funny talking about them😂. Was at Target yesterday and saw the Reduce cup. Of course I had to get it. I love it. It stays cold all day and I obviously don’t have to keep filling it up. I went through two and put electrolytes in it both times. Usually I have one serving. I noticed I had more energy and today woke up with more energy and a better mood. I meant to tell you when we were on our road trip we tried McDonalds quarter pounder a la carte. They tasted great. You just taste the salt and pepper. Thanks for all you input you give us. 😘. PS I didn’t like Nut Pods pumpkin one either. But I usually don’t drink tea.

    maybe add cinnamon to egg batter, or pumpkin spice to change it up…your hubby is funny..mine doesnt like them either..but he is sugar addicted. my normal day I only get about 900 cal, less than 15 gm total carb….I just cant seem to get higher cal..but I am older and not as active
