I have Fibromyalgia and severe IBS – and just recently had to cut out all grains as I suddenly started to find myself unable to process rice, millet, buckwheat and even quinoa!! I'm now on my own version of a paleo type diet since apart from grains, I also cannot tolerate gluten, dairy, wheat, soy and MSM.
