I used to have sweet potato "pie" with no crust for breakfast every morning. Now I have it for a snack/dessert every day. It totally satisfies the sweet tooth! I might have to try and change your mind about kale. Mediterranean Kale Salad oh my!!!
you should really try faster way to fat loss( look it up on instagram ) it’s very convenient, no restrictions on ANY FOOD and it actually works and it’s sustainable

Whole 30 is a great way to eat. I love sweet potatoes with cinnamon on top. I end up putting so much cinnamon lol. Yum.
Sweet potatoes are what I had for breakfast! That and steamed baby bok choy.
I do a “bulletproof” coffee using collagen peptides, mct powder, and canned coconut milk. You need a milk frother or something to mix it really well so the coconut milk doesn’t look all clumpy but it’s sooooo good! Especially with some vanilla stevia!
