    Since you stopped being Plant-Based you keep trying all these crazy diets! Why don't you just eat a normal diet or see a nutritionist. Are you still having trouble with your Iron levels?

    I used to have sweet potato "pie" with no crust for breakfast every morning. Now I have it for a snack/dessert every day. It totally satisfies the sweet tooth! I might have to try and change your mind about kale. Mediterranean Kale Salad oh my!!!

    I do a “bulletproof” coffee using collagen peptides, mct powder, and canned coconut milk. You need a milk frother or something to mix it really well so the coconut milk doesn’t look all clumpy but it’s sooooo good! Especially with some vanilla stevia!
