Great talk and love all the food!! The cheesecake is very good .. I used sugar free caramel syrup that I found at marshalls and it was more like a flan!! I loved it!! To me the most critical aspect of this journey is mental focus.. like u said it's all the little things and piece by piece we get it done!! Every day it gets easier and I'm further away from that unhealthy unhappy person . Love you guys!!!!

Hi there, I am wanting to get back into the program but have a question….so the new plan, did the calculations of the foods that have not changed to zero points – change? I guess I am asking, would my smart points calculator still be accurate? thanks.

By the way they have brussels sprouts at River Belle Terrace. I had it with my chicken a couple weekends ago. I just couldn’t bring myself to eat them. That’s the one veggie that won’t cross these lips LOL. But thought I’d let you know they were there in case you were craving them. I think you need to call in sick and we just need to go to the park.

    Great job Sally!
I’ve been wanting to wear my winter coat but it hasn’t been too cold yet lol! Aww, thank you so much for the shout out!💕💕😄I loved hearing your elaboration on the idea of 1 behavior at a time. That is seriously an important factor! I personally have known at least 5 beautiful people who have had gastric bypass to lose the weight because the said they thought it was a quicker fix than losing naturally but because the weight cane off so fast and there was no time to adjust behavior, every one of them is back to their old weight with new struggles. My heart breaks for all they went through and now they’re starting over and have to lose naturally anyway. I agree, running hasn’t helped me lose weight, I just like how it makes me feel and I love having my endurance strengthened 😄. Oh wow those Brussels sprouts look amazing!!! Aww how sweet Suzie is to send you the seasoning!❤️

Sometimes we have to stop looking at weekends as splurge and centered around food/drink but finding other things to splurge on like experiences. That really has helped me to not have blowout point weekends ever single Friday-Sunday of 2017! That may help you reach your blue dots. I love that you run because you are a runner not because it actually lets you loose weight. Don't you just love a simple dinner like this; and the airfryer is just awesome. I am cracking up at you and Eddie both…it is not an instapot you have; that is a brand which you maybe want to be plugging the brand you were sent/used or just say 'pressure cooker'

Juli, is that the cheesecake I’ve been seeing all over Instagram? It was originally on wwpounddropper as a key lime cheesecake but. I’ve seen chocolate, plain and peanut butter versions. Did you like it? I want to make it 😋 the curry sounds good I’m heading over to Eddie’s channel 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Juli, thanks for your videos everyday. You are so real and motivating and it sure feels like we are on this journey together. I am up in the Bay Area and freezing here too, we were teased with some spring weather and now I am not used to this cold weather! You've got a really sweet hubby too! My hubby is and Ed and son is Eddie, so I kinda love the name too:-) I love the cup you have for your mustard, do you remember where you bought that? Have a great day, gotta go my steps in!

Great thoughts. One thing at a time. A good thing to remember. So much of my success is dealing with how I think of situations. When I can redirect my thoughts and eat on track, that is my success. If the scale doesn't move, that's hard, but at least I know I am being true to myself!
Enjoyed watching Chef Eddie! You are lucky to have him!😊

Awesome winter coat. Not too bulky. I got mine for 37 bucks! I hate inter coats too but love this.
