love the snitzel idea, but ahhh the italian seasoning 🙃😱😱😱 😀 It must taste nice though, but if you want to try the more tranditional Austro-Hungarian (where snitzel is originally from) version, try with smoked paprika/bit of garlic powder/black pepper instead for seasoning! Its a taste from my childhood and its fab! :))

I used to really like schnitzel until I undercooked it one day and it put me off. A plant version would be nice to try.
