When I had covid I ate what my body felt like eating, it wasn’t fully keto. I was ok with that. Life and dietary practices gets in the way…

Life doesn’t need to be rigid. It really shouldn’t be.

If you stop eating the Built Bars you will probably lose weight faster. I understand you probably hate hearing that, I know I did when someone told me. Once I eliminated them I lost weight and stopped craving anything sweet.

How covid affects one person to the next could be genetic predispositions even if something isnt there to begin with and even if someone is healthy….kind of like covid brings those predispositions to the surface 🤔 it's very interesting….

That's kind of how my sister's covid progressed last year…sniffles cough then loss of taste/smell but didn't spike a fever. She was back to 100% in 2-3 weeks. But her loss of taste was bugging her.. She loves pizza and said it was gross without taste.. She started dry eating garlic by the handful to get some taste 😬…must have worked for her though 😂

Also so glad your friends and family are understanding and kind. Praise the Lord everyone is ok, and that you are better. I'm so glad things are getting better. ❤

You’re always so positiv no matter what life throws at you. It’s so refreshing to see during these dreadful times. I’d be interested in a video where you share some tips on how to stay positiv; I know it’s not what your channel is about but I thought I’d ask anyway…

I live in Kalamazoo the home of Pfizer but got Moderna. My daughter is a nurse & explained to me that Moderna has a bit more of the virus in it then Pfizer. Should make no difference when catching it other then not getting as sick if you were unvaxed. Congrats on your new Grandbaby and you will be able to see him soon.

Wow, so many in the family with Covid. I really hope all of you recover back to full health. I have had the Pfizer shots with also the third booster recently. I thought Moderna was more effective, but still you got it. You may have to retrain your sense of smell and taste. You can Google it, and find out what is recommended. I hope the new baby is born healthy. I am only a new subscriber, and have not had a chance to peruse your videos. I have one question. Did you start your keto with protein prioritized, or was this a product of surgery healing? And if not from the surgery, why did you start with protein prioritized?

Zinc zinc zinc! Take a zinc supplements until taste and smell return. Zinc deficiency is more common the older you get. This may be one reason older people struggle more with Covid. Seriously, it works well to get your senses back. Sending love and prayers for your family.

It is not the drivers responsibility to check your food. It is the responsibility of the Restaurant to make sure your order is correct. It is the restaurant that messed up the order. Drivers should NEVER open your food to check the order!!! You are tipping the driver to get your order delivered not to check your order. Drivers pay their own insurance, gas, taxes, and more so that you have the ability to have your items delivered to your home. I am sorry but this is a hot topic for me. Drivers are paid VERY LITTLE by the delivery apps and they make their money from the tip. With gas prices over $3.00 per gallon the expense the driver has is a lot. Also drivers must carry special insurance on their cars when delivering. The apps do not compensate the driver in any way for any of these expenses. Also do not give a driver a bad ratting just because the restaurant messed up your order. Call customer support and report your order was prepared wrong!
