BELLAAAA !! You look sooo beautiful. God Bless you and your hubs. Your lil Dot is going to be so cherished by so many. Loved the video. It was a breath of fresh air for me. I'm so stressed out over this virus thing. I love your positivity. I'm going to make the cauli fried rice. Looks simple but yummy !

Love the recepies and your videos but… not the implication that coliflower rice is "healthier" than rice…it's just two differents foods with differents nutrients and different energy-density. Rice is healthy specially whole rice, it has lots of fiber and nutrients for your body, nutritients that your body needs πŸ™‚ and coliflower is great too and a good source of nutrients as well and making rice is great to include more vegetables in your plate. For controlling your callories you could change the proportions. I just did not like that implication of one being healthier than the other, it contributies to a diet-culture which is not great for our general body and mental health.

I bought the same rice at Trader Joes … love it! I'm going to try and make the cauliflower dish. Does the cauliflower dish tastes good the second day? I'm trying to eat more veggies and less chicken and meats. I see that you are doing better this trimester and not having morning sickness.
