The McRib stopped being as huge a thing for me when I lived in Wisconsin and Kwik Trip gas stations would have the same kind of sandwich year round and better than the McD's version by a mile.

Former McDs employee from back in the 90s. I don’t know why the sauce is missing from your because our instructions back then were to cook it to temp and then dunk in a bbq sauce container so everything was coated. Some onions and two pickles(I always wanted more on mine). The sauce should not be filling the container nor missing but evenly coated.

They are thinner this year and sauce level changes per rib – even in a multi order each one is different. I think the people making them don’t really give a crap at all about how they are supposed to be made.

I've been eating Mc Ribb off and on over the last 20 some odd years… I'd say that the flavor has been lacking more every year for a while now, more so every year.
The Mc Rib was once good, but not anymore. Maybe it's my taste declining, I am not what I used to be.

It's obvious to me that in almost all your food reviews, you eat the foods when have cooled to room temperature. You get everything "to go" by the time you actually take a bite it can't possibly be hot like these foods are intended to be when you eat them.
