I like meat. I sometimes eat some carnivore meals especially breakfast with just eggs and cheese or for lunch if eating out but I also like veggies. I also don't wish to make my stomach a graveyard of animals.

With cornivore diet you are FULL for a longer time! Because meat stays in your digestive system till 72 hours, its not a fasting stage, BODY is in huge suffer to digest such heavy food.. Jesus, people Wake up! and think for a moment how this diet can be sustanable to you or our planet.Your BODYs main fuel is glucose, fiber, not high amounts of satutared FAT, pesticides, TMAO, cholesterolį, heam iron.. Read the science!

No one questioned me when I ate four cinnamon rolls or an entire pizza. The moment I mentioned carnivore and fasting, everyone had something to say. All of the sudden they are worried I won't get enough to eat, or I'll die. I wish people who haven't researched a subject would keep their traps shut until they have.

I eat mostly fish/seafood, bacon, organic sausage, chicken thighs, eggs (get duck eggs if you can, the yoke is huge and creamy), I don't eat beef though, but I just wanted to see what your meals would look like. I also alternate between 2MAD (Warrior) and OMAD. I call myself a KETO-vore! I do eat some veggies that work for me!

I sear my well done steak with french fries for the glycation benefits ( Maillard reaction) . I am wrinkle free and wounds heal quickly . I watch my calories , this works for my family and friends.

The way I do carnivore is through of a variety of meats especially in a meal, I’ll eat a steak, 2-3 pieces of bacon, 5-7 pieces of shrimp, for breakfast I’ll eat a pork loin, 1-2 pork sausage patties, 2-3 pieces of bacon and 2 sunny side up eggs with honey and pink Himalayan salt

The best thing you can possibly do for any diet change is get a high end HTMA test before you start, then again in 6 months. You’ll know exactly how much minerals, vitamins and toxins you have and/or need, then you’ll see exactly what 6 months of carnivore or whatever has done for you, and EXACTLY what you’re lacking and need to add or subtract. No guessing based on symptoms.

Hi, I've done carnivore for two weeks now. I've had pcos infertility for 5 years. No period typically for 4 months. Lots of bloating. With carnivore my period is back litterally on the dot of two weeks. Acne, bloating, insomia, headaches, hair loss all gone. Im also down 12 lbs. I feel better. And my skin looks amazing. I actually feel good. When my period does show up its a week of bloating and pms. This time it was one day of pms n no bloating. I think carnivore primal diet is saving my health. I have had a few fresh berries from my garden. But like primal nothing veggie or fruit is eaten from the store. Only grown from my garden.

Doubt I'd do the carnivore diet but watched a few carnivore diet videos now as naturally inquisitive and I'm surprised at the lack of variation but maybe depends the person.

Venison, Pork, Lamb and much more yet I'd be keen on yet so many videos talking about Steak, Eggs and Bacon 🤷‍♀️

    The CORPSE Die t

People have self induced themselves into thinking they can be a carnivore.

    Sorry,
    carnivores have
    talons, claws, beaks, fangs.

Carnivores are at the BÔTTom of the food chain,
because they don’t have hands like humans.

They HAVE to kill to eat. Pretty much like a vampire has to kill to live.

You can’t get improved long term health from ingesting corpse flesh.

    It causes inflammation,
    and remember,
YOUTH HIDES many symptoms, but then shows up usually after the age of 40 in the face and skin.

And if you want to ruin your GI tract, (your gut health)
    your health.

Just consume corpse flesh for a long period of time.
