I use my Instant Pot VERY frequently. So it might surprise you to know I don’t make many recipes in it. So what do I use it for?
Thanks for sharing, you are exactly like me. My additional foods I cook are Beets for pickling, 10 lbs at a time. Quinoa ( set 0 mins) which I use for mostly for salads ( grain/bean salads my favourites) Ham bone/ smoked pork hock and split pea or Lentil soups. I cook pasta ( mostly macaroni for mac & cheese and egg noodles for stroganoffs ) though other pasta noodles for salads in the summer. Pork Belly , Beef Short Ribs and also pork ribs I think work really well, Love cooking Rice in it, used to use microwave for perfect no fuss but this is better. I have two sizes. I use them all the time. I think they make life so much easier. Whole chickens, soups, stews, roasts, so many uses ! And I could not agree more about fresh eggs, game changer.
