    Antelope is very lean, do either fast cook and leave a bit pink, or long, slow cook in a sauce but add in some sort of fat – butter, fat bacon, olive oil etc. Wine also helps, if you like cooking with wine.

    I tried the Sonoma Alfredo and I was disappointed. It looks so fancy but it was kind of sour (lemony?) and it didn’t compare to the prego Alfredo I buy at dollar tree. I’ve never thought of sautéing the gnocchi and I think that’s a great idea! I’m definitely going to try that.
