that’s an insane amount of calories for a sandwich, if you’ve got 600 calories to spend you may as well have a hearty pasta or just any good cooked meal with a proper carb! also 4 teaspoons of sugar and a banana to start the day is a terrible choice as it will just spike your blood sugar and make you hungrier

Why on that amount ? I thought the calorie number depended on your maintenance caloric intake. !! Hope people don’t think that this is the ideal amount of calories in order to be on a healthy diet. !!

Cutting to 1200 is a recipe for disaster as you will literally feast uncontrollably once the diet is over. Reducing by 300 to 500 calories is way more sustainable.

So unless you are cutting for surgery or some sort of contest, there is no reason to cut to such an extend.

Interesting. I don’t think there is wrong or right way. I personally think that 2 sugars in the coffee I would do without and just do the oat milk or milk. But you might only like black coffee. Sandwich looks good but for some I guess can’t do bread. The only criticism is dinner. Where is the vegetable? Peas isn’t enough to cover the amount of vegetables you need to consume. The salad on the sandwich wouldn’t make up for the lack of vegetables at night. I am a big believer in getting as much vitamins and minerals your body needs. I am not expert. The beef jerky I don’t know I think is American food over processed and I imagine full of sodium. I would get rid of the jerky and add more veggies to your diet.

How to lose weight: exercise. Avoid short chain sugars. Limit your bananas and mangoes….and I mean that. Now eat whatever tf you want within reason.
There are truly very few things in this world that your body instantly starts to pack away, and short chain sugars is one of them. If you cut them out then….yeah
