A little hiccup in the plans, a pig update and Passover preps. I mentioned the newsletter where I shared some Passover ideas…

I BELIEVE that the guy that does the trapping for Daniel Arms doesn't charge him. The guy has a permit from the state to trap them and put them in a enclosed hunting preserve that he runs or owns. Yes they are in Oklahoma so I don't know if the same laws would apply. They have a horrible hog problem where they are.

When they came into my yard we learned that the boar finds a place that they feel is safe and advantageous for the rest. The rest of the pigs will follow the scent of the first boar to find the “home”. If someone could catch one of the males and get him to spread his scent away from your property they will quit showing up.

Hopefully you can get the hog situation taken care of! It is a shame there is not something that would be available to help you. But anyone who eats pork would have a great supply of pork!

In Mo. Your allowed to kill them and let a processor process them and they are donated to shelters plus you get write offs for here. Were fortunate here that there is a wild hog season and also reserves set up where people pay to go hunt them.

A good scope, a.340 Weathrby to the ear … fast and with shock it qualifies as painless. That little one in your arms is the best reason to harvest asap. This is no longer the age of "getting someone in" to handle problem.

I live in the suburbs and can’t discharge a firearm in my county. I contacted a wildlife removal company for coyotes. They wanted $1200 to $1500 each depending on the animal. I still have the coyote problem.

I’m sorry!! You’ve suffered enough with this! Pigs are destructive and they stink. If you contact your state senators and representatives, could they help you?
NO, don’t let someone come out there you don’t know, there are to many crazy people out there! Willow looks so sweet laying in your arms. Grand babies are good hiccups!!

There is a lot of restaurants in New York and places like that that actually eat wild boar have you thought about reaching out to them and given them the wild boar off your land if they want to come and get them a ham from a wild boar I think sales around 50 to 60 bucks or maybe even more and there is a lot of meat on them now we have them really bad here in Tennessee my son catches them and he eats them not me LOL in Texas I used to live on a ranch in the 80s and the owner of the ranch had a lot of problems with them and he would catch them and put them in a cattle trailer and feed them corn and then he would kill them and butcher them and put them in his freezer

Precious little Miss Willow😍She seems so content. I completely relate to little ones in the house (and at an age of 54😳). I find it so very challenging to get "all the things" done while homeschooling three littles and attempting to maintain YouTube videos. ❣️Mercy, I am sorry you are having such trouble with the pigs. 😳 I do hope the right help and resources arrive soon. Have a blessed week-end.❤️katie

Good to hear that things are progressing towards being porker-free! May it go super-well, super-safely. What a blessing to be able to care for sweet Willow…and that babies need SO much attention, you can be totally distracted from…the P-word! 😊 May God bless you all, and may He continue to guide you in your journey Homeward. Love from Bev, in Australia x0❤🦘
