    最初のバナナ炒めるだけで既に3分使って、パンに包んで焼くのに2分使ってるのにどうやったら5分で出来るの?
    他の作業は時間に入れないって事?

Looks like a fabulous dessert with all that sugar. Here's a quicker and easier use for those old bananas: Smash one banana in a cup till it is loose enough to pour. Add cinnamon to taste and mix well. Add a couple teaspoons of water to make it nice and runny then microwave with a cover on top for 30 seconds. Let cool for a few min. in freezer or fridge so heat won't kill the probiotics in the plain GREEK yogurt you will serve it over. It can still be warm just not hot. Call it Banana puree over yogurt. Why Greek? Because it is thicker less runny and has more protein than regular yogurt.

Even simpler – mash one 1 egg, 1 banana & cinnamon together. (I use a potato masher)
Cook in fry pan, in small amount of oil, turning once.
Looks & tastes like a pancake & only involves 1 cooking step.
I love this with plain yoghurt, atop frozen berries – they quickly thaw under the heat of the ‘pancake’. I don’t even really like bananas, but in this the taste isn’t strong.

While the recipe featured in this video looks interesting and is fairly quick, it would definitely take longer than “5 minutes” from start to finish!
